SDH Rasendra Raj Tablet by Shree Dhanwantari Herbals is an Ayurvedic herbo-mineral (Rasashastra) formulation traditionally used to support nerve and muscle strength and overall neuromuscular wellness, in line with the Ayurvedic approach to balancing Vata. It is built around the classical Rasaraj Rasa, combined with Shuddha Vishmushti, Ashwagandha, Yograj Guggulu, Parijat, Arjuna and Bala.

Manufactured by Shree Dhanwantari Herbals, Amritsar (est. 1952). As a mineral-containing Rasashastra formulation, it should be taken only under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic physician.

Q: What is SDH Rasendra Raj Tablet traditionally used for?

A: It is an Ayurvedic Rasashastra formulation traditionally used to support nerve and muscle strength and general neuromuscular wellness (Vata balance). It is not a treatment for paralysis, stroke, facial palsy or any neurological condition. Sudden weakness, numbness, facial drooping, slurred speech or loss of movement is a medical emergency - seek urgent medical care immediately and do not rely on any supplement.

Q: What are the key ingredients?

A: Rasaraj Rasa, Rasa Sindoor, Shuddha Vishmushti, Ashwagandha Ghan, Yograj Guggulu, Parijat Ghan and Arjuna, processed with Bala and Erand (castor) oil. The manufacturer does not publish per-tablet quantities; please check the pack for the full label.

Q: Does it contain mercury or other minerals?

A: Yes. Rasa Sindoor is a classical purified mercury-sulphur preparation, and classical Rasaraj Rasa also contains Rasa Sindoor along with gold, silver, mica, iron and tin bhasmas. Shuddha Vishmushti is purified Strychnos nux-vomica (Kuchla), a plant that is toxic if unprocessed or taken in excess. Do not exceed the directed dose.
