Refund and Return Policy

At Meri Pharmacy, your satisfaction is our priority. We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis with the goal of making our customers happy. Please read our policy carefully to understand the process.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped from our outlet.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@meripharmacy.com with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched and you have received a shipping confirmation email, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy after you have received the product.

Conditions for a Return or Refund

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns and will provide a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a product that has expired or has less than three months of expiry remaining.
  • You have received an incomplete order. A refund will only be provided for the product that was not received.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@meripharmacy.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo or video of the item’s condition and the outer packaging of the parcel.

Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, and in an undamaged condition.

Refund Process

Once we have verified the issue, we will notify you about the status of your refund. The refund will be processed within 2 working days, subject to product inspection, and may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account, depending on the original payment method. Please note that cancellation charges or deductions may apply, varying based on the payment method used.

Prepaid Orders: If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account. Our team will contact you for the necessary bank details.
