Jamna Hriday Shakti Capsule (Mukta Pishti - Shilajeet Yukt) by Jamna Pharmaceuticals is a classical Ayurvedic herbo-mineral heart-wellness formulation. Each 475 mg capsule combines Arjuna bark extract (100 mg) with Guggulu, Guduchi satva, Shankhpushpi, Jyotishmati, Mandukparni, Shuddha Shilajeet, Brihad Gokshur, Punarnava, Yashtimadhu, Jatamansi and other herb extracts, together with classical mineral preparations - Rasasindoor (mercury), Swarnamakshik, Abhrak, Mukta (pearl), Praval (coral), Trinkantmani, Jaharmohra and Akik (agate). It is traditionally used as a heart tonic to support heart strength, healthy circulation and general cardiovascular wellness. Each pack contains 30 capsules.

Q: What is in each capsule?

A: Per the pack label, each 475 mg capsule contains Arjuna bark extract 100 mg; Swarnamakshik Bhasma 35 mg; Shuddha Shilajeet, Trikatu, Jyotishmati, Mandukparni, Shankhpushpi, Shuddha Guggulu, Guduchi Satva and Brihad Ela 25 mg each; Akik Bhasma, Brihad Gokshur and Yashtimadhu 15 mg each; Rasasindoor, Abhrak Bhasma, Mukta Pishti, Trinkantmani Pishti, Praval Pishti, Jaharmohra Bhasma, Vansh, Shwet Punarnava and Pippali mool 10 mg each; and Jatamansi 5 mg.

Q: Does it contain mercury or other minerals?

A: Yes. It contains Rasasindoor, a classical mercury-sulphur preparation (10 mg per capsule), and mineral preparations of mica, pearl, coral, amber (Trinkantmani), serpentine (Jaharmohra), agate and copper pyrite. Use it only under the supervision of a qualified Ayurvedic physician, as the pack advises, and avoid it in pregnancy and breastfeeding or for children unless a physician has advised it.

Q: Is it a treatment for heart disease, high blood pressure or cholesterol?

A: No. This is a traditional wellness supplement and not a treatment for any heart condition, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or blood clotting problem. It must not replace prescribed heart, blood pressure or blood-thinning medicines. Chest pain, breathlessness or palpitations need urgent medical attention.

Q: How is it different from Hriday Shakti Gold Tablet?
