Hamdard Khamira Abresham Hakim Arshad Wala is a classical Unani semi-solid preparation (Khamira) built around Abresham (Bombyx mori, silk cocoon), Zafran (saffron), Ood Gharqi (agarwood), Sumbul-ut-Teeb and Qaranfal (clove), further enriched with Marwareed (pearl), Yaqoot (ruby), Marjan (coral) and gold and silver leaf, traditionally used within Unani Tibb as a cardiac and brain tonic to support general vitality and ease palpitations during periods of stress and weakness.

Manufactured by Hamdard Laboratories India, one of India's oldest and most established manufacturers of classical Unani formulations, holding AYUSH licensing.
