Product Information

Description

Dhootapapeshwar Chyawanprash Ashtavarg is a classical Ayurvedic Rasayana (rejuvenative) Avaleha with Amalaki (Amla) as its main ingredient, traditionally used to support immunity, respiratory comfort and general vitality. It also contains Sharkara, Pippali, Vansalochan, Dalchini, Tamalpatra, Elaichi and Nagkeshar.

Manufactured by Dhootapapeshwar, this is a genuinely different formulation from the already-listed Dhootapapeshwar Swamala Compound Chyawanprash - not a pack-size variant of that product.

FAQ

Q: What is Chyawanprash Ashtavarg traditionally used for?

A: It is a classical Ayurvedic Rasayana traditionally used to support immunity, respiratory comfort, healthy digestion and general vitality as part of a daily wellness routine. It is not a treatment or cure for tuberculosis or any diagnosed respiratory condition.

Q: How is this different from Dhootapapeshwar's Swamala Compound Chyawanprash?

A: These are two genuinely different Dhootapapeshwar Chyawanprash formulations, not pack-size variants of one product - Swamala Compound is enriched with gold (Swarna Bhasma), while Ashtavarg is a purely herbal Amla-based Rasayana with no mineral content.

Q: Is this suitable for children?

A: A reduced dose is traditionally used for children aged 2-12; consult your physician before giving it to a child, especially one with diabetes or a sugar-restricted diet, since it is prepared in a sugar (Sharkara) base.
