Q: Does it contain any ingredient that needs caution?

A: Yes. Rumon Capsule contains Shankh Bhasma (shell-derived calcium, low risk) and a trace amount of Suvarna Bhasma (gold, at a homeopathic-level trace quantity of 0.0001 mg per capsule). It also contains Shuddha Bhallatak (purified marking-nut, Semecarpus anacardium), which is toxic and irritant in its unpurified raw form. This product should only be used at the recommended dosage and under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic physician, and avoided during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
