FAQ
Q: What is Madhumehari Granules traditionally used for?
A: It is a proprietary Ayurvedic herbo-mineral formulation traditionally used to support healthy blood sugar levels and metabolism. It is a wellness product and not a treatment for diabetes or any diagnosed condition.
Q: What does it contain? Are there minerals in it?
A: Yes. Each 5 gm contains powders of Gudmar, Jambu, Karela, Guduchi, Amla and Shuddha Shilajit (500 mg each), Khadira, Haridra, Vijaysar, Udumbar, Kutaki and Methi (250 mg each), plus Trivang Bhasma, Abhrak Bhasma (mica) and Swarnamakshik Bhasma (copper pyrite, not real gold) at 100 mg each, and Lactose 200 mg. Trivang Bhasma is a classical combination of tin, lead and zinc bhasma, so it should only be used under the supervision of a registered Ayurvedic physician.
Q: Who should take care, and when should I see a doctor?
A: If you take prescription medicine for blood sugar, consult your doctor before use and do not stop or change it. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless your physician advises it. It contains lactose. Excessive thirst, frequent urination, unexplained weight loss or very high or low blood sugar readings need prompt medical evaluation. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
